EASY DET PLUS is an highly alkaline liquid detergent with controlled foam, enriched with dispersants, sequestrants, and wetting agents that enhance the caustic cleaning action. The synergy of its components allows for washing performance that cannot be achieved with the sole use of caustic soda, even in the presence of significant amounts of organic dirt (including tartar) and with water of high hardness.

Immersion treatments, C.I.P. (clean-in-place), spraying in the wine and beer industry, beverage industry,dairy industry, and the food industry in general.

Wine industry

Removal of tartar from: tanks, refrigeration systems, heat exchangers, stainless steel backflush filters, presses and lees filters, desulfurizers and concentrators, pumps, and pipelines. Application: recirculation + soaking. Effective at room temperature. Optimal temperature 50°C.	2.5 – 4.5
Winemaking lines, walls, and surfaces generally dirty with organic residues. Application: pressure + brushing. Effective at room temperature.	1.0 – 2.0

Compatibility:

Consider the following compatibility (referred to the pure product):
- Compatible materials: AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316L stainless steel, polyvinylchloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), ethylenepropylene rubber (EPDM).
- Incompatible materials: strong acids, galvanised steel, aluminum, acetalic resin (POM) If in doubt, test the product on a small portion of the surface not in sight.

Other information

EASY DET PLUS is sensitive to extreme temperatures. Store at temperatures between 15°C and 35°C.
When properly stored in the original container, it is stable for 24 months.
